Shares of Boeing and Walgreens Boots are trading higher Monday morning, propelling the Dow Jones Industrial Average rally. Shares of Boeing BA, +5.28% and Walgreens Boots WBA, +4.28% have contributed about a quarter of the blue-chip gauge’s intraday rally, as the Dow DJIA, +1.17% was most recently trading 344 points higher (1.2%). Boeing’s shares are up $9.71 (5.2%) while those of Walgreens Boots are up $1.57, or 3.7%, combining for an approximately 74-point boost for the Dow. Also contributing significantly to the gain are Chevron CVX, +3.28%, Walt Disney DIS, +3.55%, and American Express AXP, +3.02%. A $1 move in any one of the 30 components of the Dow equates to a 6.58-point swing.
