Shares of Home Depot and Nike are seeing declines Monday morning, dragging the Dow Jones Industrial Average into negative territory. Shares of Home Depot HD, -2.43% and Nike NKE, -1.71% are contributing to the index’s intraday decline, as the Dow DJIA, +0.10% was most recently trading 49 points lower (-0.1%). Home Depot’s shares have declined $10.55 (2.5%) while those of Nike are down $3.23 (1.9%), combining for a roughly 91-point drag on the Dow. Also contributing significantly to the decline are Procter & Gamble PG, -1.53%, UnitedHealth UNH, -1.45%, and Microsoft MSFT, -1.09%. A $1 move in any one of the 30 components of the benchmark equates to a 6.59-point swing.
