The Dow Jones Industrial Average is seeing a selloff Monday morning with shares of Caterpillar and Goldman Sachs facing the biggest declines for the blue-chip average. The Dow DJIA, -1.64% was most recently trading 521 points (1.5%) lower, as shares of Caterpillar CAT, -4.80% and Goldman Sachs GS, -3.99% are contributing to the blue-chip gauge’s intraday decline. Caterpillar’s shares have declined $9.42 (4.7%) while those of Goldman Sachs are off $14.59, or 3.7%, combining for a roughly 158-point drag on the Dow. Also contributing significantly to the decline are JPMorgan Chase JPM, -3.26%, Travelers TRV, -2.99%, and American Express AXP, -3.18%. A $1 move in any one of the 30 components of the benchmark results in a 6.58-point swing.
