Shares of Cullman Bancorp, Inc. began trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market Thursday after Cullman Savings Bank, MHC completed its conversion from a mutual holding company to a stock holding company.

Following the close of the conversion, Cullman Bancorp is now the holding company for Cullman Savings Bank.

The company also said it completed a related stock offering and has about 7,406,000 shares of common stock.

The company’s shares are trading under the symbol CULL. The stock previously traded over the counter.
