AAPL, +2.31% and Honeywell International Inc. HON, +1.29% are contributing to the index’s intraday rally, as the Dow DJIA, +0.22% was most recently trading 126 points higher (0.4%). Apple Inc.’s shares are up $2.57 (1.8%) while those of Honeywell International Inc. have climbed $2.41 (1.1%), combining for a roughly 33-point boost for the Dow. Other components contributing significantly to the gain include McDonald’s MCD, +0.55%, Visa V, +1.40%, and Dow Inc. DOW, -0.29%. A $1 move in any of the Dow’s 30 components equates to a 6.58-point swing.
