The Dow Jones Industrial Average is climbing Monday morning with shares of Walt Disney and Visa seeing positive momentum for the price-weighted average. The Dow DJIA, +0.22% was most recently trading 92 points (0.3%) higher, as shares of Walt Disney DIS, +1.59% and Visa V, +1.57% have contributed to the blue-chip gauge’s intraday rally. Walt Disney’s shares are up $4.61, or 2.4%, while those of Visa are up $4.97 (2.4%), combining for an approximately 63-point boost for the Dow. Other components contributing significantly to the gain include Apple Inc. AAPL, +1.98%, Microsoft MSFT, +2.35%, and Procter & Gamble PG, +2.17%. A $1 move in any one of the 30 components of the index results in a 6.58-point swing.
