The Dow DJIA, +0.31% was most recently trading 103 points higher (0.3%), as shares of Salesforce.com Inc. CRM, +3.72% and JPMorgan Chase JPM, +2.68% are contributing about a quarter of the index’s intraday rally. Salesforce.com Inc.’s shares have climbed $9.59, or 4.0%, while those of JPMorgan Chase are up $3.82, or 2.7%, combining for a roughly 88-point boost for the Dow. Caterpillar CAT, +2.64%, Boeing BA, +2.39%, and Chevron CVX, +2.08% are also contributing significantly to the gain. A $1 move in any of the Dow’s 30 components results in a 6.58-point swing.
